We offer our clients several options to help manage their cleaning budget.
We offer free quotes over the phone. On-site quotes are also available and are complimentary if you proceed with the job; otherwise, a $220 call-out fee will apply.
OUR RATES:
Pre & Post Sale Cleaning:
A minimum charge of two professional cleaners for 2 hours
Is $400 plus GST ($40). Additional hours charged at $75 per hour per cleaner.
Post Construction Cleaning:
A minimum charge of two professional cleaners for 4 hours
Is $680 plus GST ($68).
Additional hours charged at $85 per hour per cleaner.
Post construction cleaning is a thorough cleanup of dust after construction works have finished. All surface areas are wiped down several times to ensure the dust is gone. Paint removal is a delicate process as not to damage the surface of the product the paint is being removed from.
We mop and vacuum all surfaces throughout the property including floors, door top and frames, skirting boards, cupboards, draws, cabinets, electrical items, light fixtures and air conditioning vents.
Wipeover kitchen cupboards, inside and out, and benchtops plus appliances.
Wash down bathroom walls, vanity, bath and shower screen removing any debris. Clean out wardrobes, tracks and sliding mirrors.
Wash interior and exterior windows, sliding doors and tracks.
Mops front and rear entrances removing all debris.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We offer our clients three methods of payment.
1. Invoice paid through Stripe. A merchant fee applies at 1.75% plus 30 cents to the total amount of the invoice. There is also a 10% GST payable on the agreed amount.
2. Bank transfer into below account. A screenshot of payment advice must be sent to show proof of payment.
3. Cash. If a client nominates to pay cash it must be paid upon our cleaners arrival. If additional hours of work is requested you must pay our cleaner before work continues.

ADDITIONAL HOURS WORKED:
Additional hours worked past the nominated time will be charged at $75/$85 per hour plus GST per cleaner. We will give you an indication of how long we expect the cleaning to take once at the property. But we will never proceed past the agreed time unless the instruction has been agreed with our client first.
SERVICE FEE:
A service fee of $200 is charged when working weekends and $350 when working Public Holidays.
RUBBISH REMOVAL:
Rubbish removal can be included in the clean but only relocated to site bins. If we are requested to take rubbish offsite, additional fees will be charged.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Carpet cleaning services I High pressures cleaning I Window cleaning I Painting I Minor building works; can be provided and quoted after inspecting.
START & FINISH TIMES:
Our start time commences when we arrive at the property. We will let the client know we have arrived. If the client is late letting us in we will still charge from time of arrival.
Our finish time will be after the client inspects the job with our team and agrees it is complete.
HOURS OF WORK:
Our hours of work are from 7am to 4.30pm. We prefer to start work early to cater for all of our clients. If our client asks for a time outside these hours a fee of $350 will be incurred.
DURATION OF CLEANING & COSTS:
Given the size of your property (add property details) and I would suggest using 2 professional cleaners to get the cleaning done within the same day. If our team works say 8 hours our charge would be $1,360 plus GST ($136). If it takes longer additional fees apply. But if they get it done sooner you will only pay for the hours worked. As per above, start and finish times must by agreed between cleaner and client. We can also provide a quote to clean the furniture as per sent photos.
